"You just want people to think you can do the job that they gave you cause my God there are 20,000 other women that can do it as well".

Kit Harington told his wife and former "Thrones" co-star Rose Leslie about how the series ends, while Sophie Turner told her fiancé Joe Jonas about the finale episode.

"And somewhere, at some point in my life, I knew that that meant brain damage", she said. "And that became the thing that just saved me from considering my own mortality, yeah", she said of working on the set while dealing with her first aneurysm. Emilia Clarke couldn't keep the ending a total secret either. I said to myself, 'I will not be paralysed.' I moved my fingers and toes to make sure that was true. "In my worst moments, I wanted to pull the plug", she recalled.

She also reflected on suffering from aphasia - which impairs language and the ability to speak, read or write - after a second, more painful surgery where doctors had to cut open her skull. "I'm giving her the bridesmaid dress!"

OK, so I don't know what's happening, but I love everything about this. I asked the medical staff to let me die. Through the organisation she hopes she can help those unable to access the level of care that she received.

Clarke appeared on The Late Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night (April 2), where she revealed she actually told her mom all about the ending.

And if we are to believe an early review from John Thompson of GQ, the season premiere may be the best the series has ever offered and one of the most humorous Game of Thrones episodes to air. "So, it's good. I'm so happy that he's here".
