Disney Boss Robert Iger Says Star Wars Films Are Going 'On Hiatus'

After all of yesterday's excitement about Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, today has brought another big trailer reveal from Star Wars Celebration as EA has officially unveiled Respawn Entertainment's long-gestating video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Tell us your thoughts in the comments section!

When the trailer was unveiled at Star Wars Celebration in Chicago, Respawn developer Stig Asmussen said that "many Star Wars fans, ourselves included, are really interested in the dark times, so we wanted to explore that mysterious, unsafe period".

The trailer shows us Cal Kestis trying to keep his head down and stay out of trouble - something he's obviously not going to manage through the course of the game.

Fans just got their first look at Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker, but the journey is already over for most of the cast and crew.

Trump says he won't give tax returns to Congress as deadline looms
And even if we were able to get our hands on Trump's returns, the likelihood of finding anything criminal is somewhat unlikely. On Sunday, Trump's acting chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney , said Democrats would "never" see Trump's tax returns.

At the Star Wars Celebration in Chicago on Saturday, a new official single player game was unveiled. Developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by EA, Fallen Order will see players take on the role of Cal Kestis, a padawan that survived the Order 66 purge of Jedi and is now on the run from the Empire, in this new canonical adventure. The story mode campaign was cool but too short, and the loot boxes gave the game some pretty bad publicity.

The Star Wars fanbase is huge, so it's not surprising that Disney would want to capitalize on that, but in some aspects that fanbase is dwindling thanks to what some see as lackluster movies. These dark lords were given free rein to specifically hunt any Jedi or force wielding users. Besides the fact that the game won't be a third Battlefront, EA had the good sense to join forces with Respawn again.

Cal is played by Cameron Monaghan, who has been in shows such as Gotham and Shameless.

The game will be releasing on 15 November this year on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. "A single player, story-driven title in the Star Wars universe was exactly what we were looking for, and we know the fans have been eager for one, as well", said Steve Blank, Director, Franchise Content & Strategy, Lucasfilm Story Group.
