Borderlands 3's Box Art Has Leaked and It's Wild

Borderlands 3's Box Art Has Leaked and It's Wild

The tweet? Borderlands 3's release date. Players will be able to choose from four entirely new Vault Hunters, each with unique abilities and skill trees.

Originally published March 28. Update, April 3: Adds pricing, availability, characters and new trailer. Seems like users have already started review bombing the PC version of Borderlands: Game of the Year in response to the third game's timed Epic Store exclusivity.

The series, which started in 2009 and has found large critical and commercial success across its two primary installments, as well as 2014's The Pre-Sequel! and Telltale Games spin-off Tales From the Borderlands. Rather than just the basic armed-to-the-teeth four-wheeler from the previous games, the trailer revealed the presence of monowheels as another way to travel around the different areas of the game. The release date of September 13th was spotted on an advert on YouTube along with the Epic Games Store logo. You can find lots and lots of details about the various editions - Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe and Collector's - as well as the season pass, on the preorder site. Gearbox will also host a full gameplay reveal on May 1.

Ariana Grande Drops Song ''Monopoly'' and Fans Think She's Bisexual
Ariana dropped the single in celebration of her chart-soaring hit 7 Rings remaining at the top of the billboards for weeks. But we think listeners will mostly focus on whether or not Ari sings both ways, if you know what we mean.

According to the official Borderlands 3 page on the Microsoft Store, the game will support cross-platform co-op. And to take them down players can choose new classes like mech soldier Moze, Amara and her ghost fists, a hitman who can clone himself, and a robot with pets. I can only hope 2K sees it that way or else the people working their assess off to make the game, Gearbox and all their employees, will be the ones to suffer for a deal they probably had no part in.

In brief: Borderlands fans had reason to celebrate when, as rumored, the third game in the main franchise was unveiled at Pax East last week. You won't be limited to just one planet (Pandora) this time around; there will be multiple worlds to explore and loot. Below we've put together a complete run-down of everything we know so far about Borderlands 3 multiplayer options including split screen, co-op, cross platform play and more.
