Gearbox has said more information for Borderlands 3 will be revealed on April 3.

The "Borderlands" games kicked off in 2009, delivering a seemingly unending supply of unusual guns to the colorful space western backdrop of Pandora. It's obscene the amount of effort that goes into a Borderlands game.

There's a lot to take in with the full reveal trailer for Borderlands 3. Gearbox tweeted shortly after the panel that more details for Borderlands 3 will be coming on April 3.

President Xi meets Merkel and Macron for EU-China trade summit
China is one of the major trade partners of Africa and its influence in the region is being criticized by western nations. Earlier in the day, the French leader welcomed Xi and his wife, Peng Liuan, at the Arc de Triomphe monument in Paris.

Also, in response to fan feedback from the original game, the final boss battle of Borderlands will be adjusted to be "more engaging, challenging, and rewarding". While the games originally launched on the Xbox 360, this updated version is a blast to play because the shooting feels smooth and precise. Old Vault Hunters are returning, and yes, Claptrap is back, along with that guy you buy guns from and a bunch of spin-off characters.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection and Borderlands 2 aren't the only Borderlands games getting 4K makeovers next week. This indicates that the game is going to be much bigger than the previous two entries, offering players a variety of different worlds to scavenge for loot and hunt down mythical treasure in. The good news for us PC folks is that if you already own the original Borderlands or either of the sequels, these upgrades will be entirely free.

Gearbox didn't share any specifics regarding Borderlands 3, but the reveal trailer showcased just about everything fans of the franchise care about: action-packed gameplay, exotic environments, intriguing characters, and billions upon billions of weapons. Maya, Borderlands 2's resident Siren, also makes an appearance alongside an unknown blue-haired child that I'm hoping is at least as kooky as Tiny Tina.
