Tiger Woods plays down back injury fears after Arnold Palmer Invitational withdrawal

Last year, Woods tied for fifth at the Arnold Palmer event, a tournament he has won eight times at the Bay Hill Club.

Tiger Woods set golf's alarm bells ringing on Monday night by pulling out of this week's PGA Tour event with a neck injury.
