"Advice for Pete? Man to", Matt shockingly said.

The 45-year-old actress has recently been spotted getting close to the "Saturday Night Live" star, and after they were pictured sharing a kiss at a baseball game in New York's Madison Square Garden at the weekend, comic Matt Rife, 23, has urged Pete to "be careful".

"We dated for a year and it was... complicated", he said. He did not go into details about why or how his relationship with Beckinsale was complicated, but told TMZ he wouldn't do it again if she asked him to get back with her.

"Enjoy it. Enjoy it while you can - I hope they're both happy and can build to where it's an established relationship".

"A lot of ups and downs". Aside from them sucking face, the best part of these pictures was the fact that Antoni Prowoski, or just Antoni, was sitting next to the couple and was the epitome of what a third wheel looks like.

He then added, "I hope they're both happy".

The pair was photographed holding hands, heading into the venue, and Kate kissed and cuddled her new man, who is just five years older than the actress's daughter Lily, as they sat in the stands watching the game.

In addition to Rife, Beckinsale's past relationships include an eight-year relationship with actor Michael Sheen.

The pair confirmed the romance by kissing passionately as they watched an ice hockey game together on Sunday at Madison Square Garden in NY.

The meme identified Antoni as "wholesome guys with good paying jobs who text back and have no baggage", while Pete was categorized as "guys with problems from childhood who I can 'fix.'" amusing, right?
