Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ launched in India

It's 2019 and you can still unlock Samsung's latest phone with a photo, which speaks volumes about how unsecure 2D facial recognition is on the Galaxy S10 and other phones.

While many spend their first few hours with a new phone setting it up, teardown crew iFixit prefers to rip 'em apart. Samsung will be live streaming the launch event which is slated to start at 12.30 PM IST wherein DJ Koh will be unveiling the Galaxy S10 series in India.

The company gained 42 per cent of smartphone consumers in the UAE and it is looking to Oman for more users as the sultanate demands higher-end phones, Mr Sabbagh said. The first one should be a giant clamshell-like device, while the second one would look similar to the Huawei Mate X and feature a single, outward-folding screen. It may feature a second external display, like the Galaxy Fold, depending on how customers respond to the Fold.

On the other hand, the out-folding phone wouldn't need a standalone display as the main screen will be used as the smartphone display as well. According to Bloomberg's sources, Samsung is considering offering a free screen replacement as one possible solution to the issue - as it is retailing for just under US$2,000, we certainly hope so.

The devices may also include in-display fingerprint readers.

Snowbound Man Survives for 5 Days on Taco Bell Hot Sauce Packets
Deschutes County Sheriff's Office posted on Facebook Wednesday that Jeremy Taylor , 36, of Sunriver, Ore., was missing. The only food he had were leftover taco sauce packets. "I really appreciate all the help ", Taylor wrote on Facebook .

Interestingly, Bloomberg reports that Samsung is still trying to improve the durability of the Galaxy Fold that's set for an April launch.

The vice president also said that Samsung had to overcome a tougher challenge which was to create a "perfect close" for the foldable device. According to Bloomberg, Samsung is now using mock-ups to fine-tune the design and this could be a successor to its W series flip-phones for the Chinese market.

Samsung takes on Apple with the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Watch Active.

Galaxy S10's 512GB variant is priced at Rs 84,900 whereas the 128GB variant will cost Rs 66,900. This is troublesome, not only because previous Samsung flagships have offered modular USB-C ports, but also due to the simple fact that if something is going to fail as a result of normal use, it's probably going to be the charging port.
