In other words, it can download a 15-minute 1080p video or 26 MP3 songs in one second. Instead of launching a new phone, Xiaomi has introduced a 5G variant of the Mi MIX 3 announced last October.

Xiaomi has just unveiled its first 5G smartphone at MWC 2019 and it's a reworking of its current flagship, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. Its first product launch is the Mi MIX 3 5G which comes with a new processor and a new modem.

The Mi Mix 3 5G also sport a hybrid cooling system, 3,800 mAh battery, and a dedicated Google Assistant button, while still packing that neato magnetic slider for the front camera and 12Mp dual cameras setup on the back.

Unfortunately, there's no word on the dimensions and weight of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G, which makes us a little anxious.

Where industry watchers kept on clamoring that the era of 5G-ready handsets will be an expensive one, forcing customers to splurge more money on devices, the Mi MIX 3 doesn't follow the same pattern.

North Carolina Vs. Duke Live Stream
Equipment malfunction may end up playing a significant role in Wednesday's Duke-North Carolina matchup. The Duke-North Carolina game is one of the toughest and most expensive tickets to grab this season.

To recall, the Mi 9 price in China is set at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 31,700) for the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant, whereas the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage model comes at CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs. 35,000). According to Xiaomi, this solution can disperse heat 3 times faster than a typical dual graphite sheet. The phone has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a USB-C port.

Another noticeable upgrade is the battery as Xiaomi has increased the capacity from 3,200mAh on the current Mi MIX 3 to 3,800mAh for the 5G version. In Europe, Xiaomi has launched only the classic Mi 9.

It's set to support Three's forthcoming 5G network in the United Kingdom as well as Orange in wider European markets.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 price in the global markets has been set at Euro 449 (roughly Rs. 36,200) for the base 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant, while the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model will be available at Euro 499 (roughly Rs. 40,200). The smartphone will be available in three colour options of "Ocean Blue", "Lavender Violet", and Piano Black'.
