Twitter not kind to Maroon 5's Super Bowl halftime show

Marooon 5 managed to avoid political preaching during its Super Bowl LIII halftime show - but the band also forgot to be entertaining.

While the Patriots and the Rams were locked up at 3 points to 0, many looked to the halftime show like Marie Kondo looks to well-folded linen: They were searching for something to bring them joy. Maroon 5's songs will skyrocket up the charts on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music and more following their Super Bowl performance.

The group's performance followed months of questions over who would accept this year's Super Bowl gig, after artists such as Rihanna and Pink reportedly turned it down in support of quarterback Colin Kaepernick. But people questioned Levine's revealing performance, recalling how Jackson, 52, was "blackballed" after Timberlake went to remove her corset and accidentally tore off her bra too, exposing her bare breast. Though nobody played "Sweet Victory" as hoped, SpongeBob character Squidward Tentacles introduced Travis Scott through a clip from the show.

Maroon 5 is worth an estimated $45 million, while Travis Scott is worth somewhere around $22 million, and Big Boi has an estimated net worth of $50 million. "I've watched every single halftime show to get inspiration", he said.

And those who came to help save the day didn't do their jobs: If you blinked you would have missed that Travis Scott and Big Boi performed.

Dismissing the report, Kumar told mediapersons, " The government did not release the data (on jobs) as it is still being processed.

"If halftime doesn't end soon Adam Levine might be naked", tweeted sports anchor Steve Layman.

The front man started off the halftime performance fully clothed, but was left shirtless by the final song, Moves Like Jagger.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium will host one of the biggest concerts of the year midway through Super Bowl 53 on Sunday.

There was even a much-hyped cameo from Spongebob, as a tribute to the show's creator Stephen Hillenburg, who passed away last November. Live Super Bowl coverage on CBS will begin at 2:00 p.m. ET. "[.] I spoke to many people, most importantly though, I silenced all the noise and listened to myself, and made my decision about how I felt".
