Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: Manchester United attitude vs Leicester was spot on

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer couldn't have hoped for a better start to life as Manchester United interim manager. He lauded their defense for the performance they delivered against United.

"We didn't string passes together, we didn't control the game as much as I liked". We put our heads on the line, we put our bodies on the line.

Since he replaced José Mourinho as caretaker manager at Old Trafford, he has gone nine games unbeaten, winning his first eight and drawing against Burnley. I feel good with them and I think we work well together but we have a big squad and a busy schedule and we're going to need everyone.

The 29-year-old is now a regular starter in a three-man midfield with Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic.

Speaking ahead of the trip to face the Foxes, he said: "When I rang the owner and said that United had called and that he always knew that this had been my dream, he said: "Go over, enjoy yourself - and please don't come back".

Didn't make any wonderful saves, as most of Leicester City's shots were directed straight at him.

The Cessna aircraft took off from Fullerton Municipal Airport in Orange County, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. The Orange County Coroner is working to positively identify those who died and notify next of kin, the sheriff's office said.

"The best way to prepare for the PSG game [in the Champions League next Tuesday] is to try and win at Fulham [on Saturday], and that's the way I think".

Solskjaer, who was loaned to United by Molde until the end of the season, said that the Norwegian club's owners, businessmen Kjell Inge Rokke and Bjorn Rune Gjelsten, would support him if he stayed in a permanent role.

"The players are making each other better", Solskjaer said, asked about the transformation in Rashford and midfielder Paul Pogba, a scowling symbol of discord during the Mourinho era who is now creating goals at will.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and co will be looking to continue their fine run and capitalise on situations where Chelsea drop points, to enter into the top four, which looks like a realistic target.

United sat 11 points off Chelsea in fourth before Solskjaer's arrival but a win for United today away at Leicester will see them close the gap to only two.
