President Erdogan meets with Trump and Putin at G20 summit in Argentina

Putin said that he sets no preconditions for potential meeting with Trump.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he used a "frank" one-on-one meeting with Prince Mohammed to "highlight our concerns and our need for better answers on the killing of Khashoggi" and to call for a ceasefire in the war in Yemen. Trump told reporters traveling home to Washington with him aboard Air Force One from Argentina that "three sites" were in consideration for the meeting, a follow-up to their historic summit in Singapore in June. "As long as they remain in power, the war will continue", the Russian leader said.

Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid said in a statement on Tuesday that Russian Federation attacked Ukrainian military vessels on the Azov Sea and that we must use the right terms: this is war in Europe.

Many were not convinced, asking whether Trump's snub of Putin was more due to growing discomfort over the probe into his allegedly improper contacts with Moscow than outrage over Ukraine.

On Saturday Putin - who has praised his navy for defending Russian territory - "provided exhaustive explanations on this incident in the Black Sea, explaining everything in detail, in exactly the same manner as yesterday during his meeting with the French president", Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov told Interfax. "Not for Putin, but for Trump".

Trump said on Thanksgiving Day that the Central Intelligence Agency has not "concluded" the Saudi crown prince ordered Khashoggi's murder. Many in Ukraine and overseas have criticized the martial law order, noting that playing up the Russian threat is politically beneficial to Poroshenko, who faces re-election in March. "Maybe it will happen in 2020 when the next USA presidential election is held and he will no longer have to constantly look back at those who engage in anti-Russian rhetoric".

"With the Polish partners, we are talking about additional possibilities of using other formats and channels of pressure on Russian Federation", the minister concluded. Putin strongly denied any Russian breaches of the pact.

Donald Trump is under pressure in the United States because of a "survey" Russian still more threatening.

Such weapons are seen as extremely destabilizing as they take just a few minutes to reach targets, leaving virtually no time for decision-makers and dramatically increasing the possibility of a nuclear conflict over a false attack warning or technical glitch.

"I'm getting a full report on the plane as to what happened with respect to that and that will determine what I'm going to be doing", he said. Ukraine has called for a stronger North Atlantic Treaty Organisation presence in the Black Sea region and for further Western sanctions against Russian Federation. Efforts to obtain Russian governmental approval were still being discussed as late as June of that year, he said.
