Spice Girls Announce 2019 Reunion Tour Without Posh

The Spice Girls have announced their first tour in more than a decade.

The world has been eagerly anticipating the Spice Girls reunion tour, and on Monday just after 15:00pm, the girl band announced that they will be reuniting for a six-day tour next summer across the UK.

The Spice Girls 1996 debut single Wannabe topped the charts in 37 countries, including the UK, US and Germany.

The Spice Girls, who formed in 1994 and became one of the most successful acts of the nineties, have not performed together since the London Olympics closing ceremony in 2012.

Mel explained that Victoria wants to stay focused on her fashion label, but could turn up during the tour. Tickets for the dates will be available from 10.30am on Saturday on Ticketmaster and SeeTickets.

But it does contain a Mii Fighter outfit, and Xenoblade Spirits and music from the Xenoblade Chronicles. The first of the DLC roster additions is the Piranha Plant, who will be free shortly after launch.

The band originally had five members: Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), Mel B (Scary Spice) and Geri Horner, formerly Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice). "Hopefully you're going to buy some tickets and come and see us". We hope everyone can join us for one big Spice Girls party!' "There is a reunion tour happening, now it's going to be - I'm not supposed to say when - but it is happening", she said on the United Kingdom show Loose Women.

The four appeared, without "Posh Spice" Victoria Beckham, in a spoof video sharing the news of the tour.

Are you excited for the upcoming Spice Girls tour?

Mel B hinted at the tour minus Beckham last week on Halloween when she went dressed as her with the placard 'No I am not going on tour'. The reunion tour has been in the works since early 2018.

Asked if they'll go outside of the United Kingdom, she said: "We are". With Bunton opening by asking 'Am I too old for bunches?' the four then get into a mock argument over Geri Horner being the only one to ignore the memo of wearing black.
