The cause of Mac Miller's death back in September has been announced by the Los Angeles County coroner.

Law enforcement sources say it was clear to paramedics that Mac was dead long before they arrived.

It took months to complete the toxicology report, which revealed that Miller had the deadly mix of drugs in his system.

Robert Mueller May Be Falsely Accused of Sexual Assault by Paid Women
In a rare statement, Mueller's top spokesman Peter Carr said Mueller's team learned of the alleged payoff scheme last week. Taub said the email struck her as weird and suspicious, and she immediately forwarded it to the special counsel's office.

The department determined that McCormick's death was accidental - making him the latest in a string of overdose deaths involving the opioid fentanyl. The assistant described him as already being "blue" during the 911 call.

A sweep of Miller's home also found Xanax, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, and generic Adderall.

An empty bottle of alcohol on the nightstand and white powder residue on a rolled up $20 dollar bill in his pocket were found, in addition to a slew of prescription pills in his bathroom.

Just before his death, Miller had announced a joint tour with Thundercat, to start in October. "Everyone who he worked with was aware that he was delicate, but thought it was because of the new album, nerves, nothing like this". He had a history of drug and alcohol abuse, but his mother told investigators he had not overdosed in the past to her knowledge, or been hospitalized for any reason.
