'Orange Is the New Black' to End After Season 7

An end card stated that the seventh and final season would air on Netflix in 2019. The ensemble cast includes Kate Mulgrew, Laura Prepon, Natasha Lyonne, and Taryn Manning, as well as series breakouts Uzo Aduba, Danielle Brooks, Yael Stone, and Dascha Polanco.

Netflix has not yet announced a release date for the 2019 final season.

One of Netflix's longest-running series is coming to an end.

The video showed the cast members crying and screaming about the upcoming seventh season of the series being its last, as well as reflecting on their time on the fan-favorite series.

"I am so grateful for the fun times, the knowledge, the friendships, the love, the family we have created together", Aduba, who won two Emmys for her portrayal of Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren, said.

LEADING OFF: Red Sox seek to clean things up vs Astros
Five runs (four earned) on six hits and two walks in six innings hardly qualifies as a good start, especially in the postseason. By the time it made its way back into the vicinity of the infield, the Astros were already standing atop a two-run lead.

'Season seven, you will not be disappointed. Spoilers ahead: After six seasons inside the Litchfield Penitentiary, the Season 6 finale saw Piper freed from prison on early release, leaving Season 7 to follow her life on the outside for the first time since Season 1. It is a season you will not forget and we're going to give you everything and more that you could have ever wanted'.

"I will miss all the badass ladies of Litchfield and the incredible crew we've worked with".

Netflix is saying goodbye to Orange Is the New Black. It's also been the victor of countless awards, as well as multiple Emmy nominations.

Orange Is the New Black premiered in 2013 and quickly became one of the streaming service's signature hit shows.
