Liverpool midfielder Fabinho insists he's ready for Premier League debut

He's expected to start for Brazil at right-back when they face U.S. on Friday night.

The 24-year-old is expected to step in at right-back for the Selecao, highlighting the versatility that convinced Liverpool to pay £39m for his services in the summer.

Rabiot has been linked to Tottenham ever since he was a teenager and he has grown as a player considerably since, forcing his way into the France global team.

Despite not breaking into the starting XI at Liverpool yet, Fabinho has been given a vote of confidence from his boss Jurgen Klopp.

"My start has been good and the adaptation good".

"I think Callum is another player we worked with in the Under-21s so we know a lot about Callum".

VAR was of course used in this summer's World Cup and Ligue 1, Serie A and the Bundesliga have now used VAR for more than a year now.

"I'm not quite sure about that because, [after] watching Liverpool closely, going into the Champions League final my two biggest concerns were Lovren and the goalkeeper".
