Six people - three of them young children - have been found with knife wounds in an early-morning attack at a home that doubled as a daycare.

The other adult stabbed was a staff member at the daycare center.

One of the adults hurt in the attack worked there, while the other was the father of one of the babies.

The victims and their assailant were rushed to a hospital, where one of the girls was listed in serious condition.

Authorities were called at about 3:40 a residence serving as a day care on 161st Street between 45th and 43rd Avenues in Flushing, Queens.
