Battlefield V Announce Battle Royale Mode at E3 2018 Called 'Royale'

The conference started with a quick look at the Battlefield 5 multiplayer, described by EA/DICE as "the deepest and most immersive" one in the series.

Battlefield V, falling in line with every other game where guns are the focus, will have a battle royale mode.

Electronic Arts has revealed key information regarding Battlefield V during their Play Live press conference in E3 2018.

Battlefield V was announced and received a chaotic in-engine trailer last month, and today at the EA Play event, DICE unveiled a full multiplayer gameplay trailer. Battlefield 5 will be launching on October 19 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

The "Royale" mode in Battlefield V will not be available at launch, but will be released free later in the game's cycle. New features like the destruction model for buildings, anti-air guns attached to the back of tanks, and reverse prone movement were showcased.

The world of competitive online shooting games officially has battle royale fever.
