Rudy Giuliani booed by NYY fans on his birthday

The New York Yankees wished Rudy Giuliani happy birthday over the loudspeaker at Monday's game, but fans greeted the former mayor with loud boos, footage from the game shows.

Instead of cheers, the crowd booed at the mention of Giuliani's name. The newest member of Trump's legal team has made the rounds on television news programs, loudly declaring that the president is innocent in the ongoing Russian Federation probe.

Rudy Giuliani's 74th birthday was a little rough around the edges.

Giuliani went on to say that the president would need the public on his side if he faces impeachment, and the "Spygate" allegations are meant to do just that.

Subtropical Storm Alberto Heads Toward Gulf Coast
Tropical-storm force winds will be possible in western Cuba and in the northern Gulf coast area where watches are posted. Heavy rains are likely across western Cuba, much of Florida and the northern Gulf Coast into early next week.

During the game - the Yankees eventually lost 5-1 - the stadium's public address system cackled with the birthdays of people in attendance. Giuliani was also brought on to arrange a possible interview between Trump and Mueller, as a final step.

The Yankees wound up losing to Houston 5-1, but clearly Giuliani's day was worse than the team's.

Fans may have been taking out their frustrations on Mr. Giuliani.

A Republican mayor may seem like a poor fit with ultra-liberal New York City, but, they still let Staten Islanders vote, plus when he was in office, he was pro-choice, supported same-sex civil unions, and was in favor of stem cell research.
